Acceptable use

What you may upload

Digital PDF bills of quantities with selectable English or Arabic text, and your own catalogue as CSV or Excel. Only upload material you have the right to use.

What is not allowed

Uploading material you have no right to share, or material that is unlawful.

Trying to reach another workspace's documents, catalogues or quotes, or testing the service's security without written permission.

Using automated scripts, several accounts or other means to get around the free-week limits, the rate limits or the sign-in checks.

Using the service to cause cost or load that is out of proportion to normal use, or to disrupt it.

Obtaining, sharing or using keys, tokens, sign-in links or recovery codes that are not yours.

Presenting a draft output as checked work without checking it.

What we may do

We may refuse an upload, slow or stop an account, remove content that breaks these rules and pause new signups. Where we can, we say why.

Reporting a problem

If you find a security problem, email us and do not test it further. Email memberfix.studio@gmail.com for questions, privacy requests and deletion requests. The feedback form in the product saves your message but does not send you a reply, so use email for anything that needs an answer.
