These terms cover SahlQuote's free early-access service. By signing in or using the sample you agree to them and to the acceptable use rules.
The service
SahlQuote reads digital PDF bills of quantities, shows each line beside its source, helps you match lines to your own catalogue prices and prepares draft quotes and Excel files. It is operated by Rohan Salave, an individual based in India.
Free early access
Your free week lasts 168 hours (seven days) from the moment you confirm your email. No card is asked for and nothing is charged. Paid plans are in the making; if they start, you will be asked before anything is charged, and nothing renews by itself.
Fair-use limits apply and are shown on the website and in your workspace. When the week ends, uploading stops. You can still sign in, open and download what has not yet been deleted, and delete it.
New signups can be paused at any time while release checks are finished.
Your documents and rights
You keep all rights in what you upload and in what you create. You give us permission to process your documents only to provide the service to you, as set out in the data policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload the documents you upload.
Drafts you must check
Outputs are drafts. The service can misread a line, miss a line or suggest a wrong match. Review every line, match and total before you use or send a quote. You decide what price goes into a quote; SahlQuote does not find market prices.
Availability
The service is early access. It is provided as it is, may change, may be interrupted and may be withdrawn. We may limit or end access, for example to protect the service or other users.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
Contact
Email memberfix.studio@gmail.com for questions, privacy requests and deletion requests. The feedback form in the product saves your message but does not send you a reply, so use email for anything that needs an answer.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
